Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

All sales made through Detroit Bar are final. We do not offer refunds.

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns under the limited circumstances outlined below.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request an exchange, please contact us at sales@detroitbarvape.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video showing the damage or defect

  • The shipping packaging, if applicable

Approved damaged or defective items are eligible for exchange only. Refunds will not be issued for damaged items.

Detroit Bar reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements or are submitted outside the stated timeframe.

Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including return labels. Detroit Bar does not provide prepaid return labels.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a returned item does not meet return eligibility requirements, it may be rejected or returned to the customer at their expense.

Exchanges

Approved exchanges will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, Detroit Bar may issue a store credit at its discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear

  • Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are refused or returned due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address information, or failure to provide adult signature are not eligible for refunds.

Reshipment or return shipping fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
