Order Processing

All orders placed through Detroit Bar are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is successfully processed.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary based on destination, order size, and selected carrier.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Detroit Bar is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, incorrect address information, or other events beyond our control.

Adult Signature & Age Verification

Due to the nature of our products, adult signature upon delivery may be required in accordance with applicable laws and carrier requirements. Orders may be subject to age verification at checkout or upon delivery.

Failure to provide a valid adult signature may result in the package being returned to us. Any return shipping or reshipment fees incurred due to failed delivery attempts are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

Detroit Bar complies with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding the shipment of vape products.

We reserve the right to restrict or cancel shipments to certain states, cities, or jurisdictions, refuse shipment if legal or carrier requirements cannot be met, or cancel and refund orders that cannot be legally shipped.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered are legal to receive in their jurisdiction.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Detroit Bar is not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Orders returned for address issues may be subject to reshipment fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Detroit Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or returned due to failed delivery attempts (including failure to provide adult signature) may be subject to restocking, return shipping, or reshipment fees.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Shipping

Detroit Bar does not currently offer international shipping unless explicitly stated at checkout.

If international shipping is offered in the future, customers will be responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Changes or Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address, shipping method, or cancel the order.
